What merchants are not charged

  • No subscription fees

    No monthly plan, annual plan, or renewal. There is nothing to subscribe to.

  • No usage charges

    No per-order, per-label, per-sync, or volume fee for using the app.

  • No hidden fees

    No setup fee, no trial that becomes a paid plan, and no in-app add-on charge.

  • No Shopify app charges

    This app does not use Shopify Billing. It will not appear as a charge on a Shopify invoice.

Billing policy

The Now Shipping app listed on the Shopify App Store is free for every merchant. Installing it, connecting a store, importing orders, printing airway bills, syncing fulfillment, and scheduling pickups does not create an app fee.

Now Shipping does not bill this app through the Shopify Billing API, the Shopify App Store, or any other channel. Merchants will not receive a Shopify charge, recurring application charge, or usage charge from this app.

Delivery service is separate from the app

The Shopify app itself stays free. When a merchant asks Now Shipping to deliver an order, the price of that physical delivery is the shipping rate on the merchant’s Now Shipping account. That amount is a charge for courier delivery. It is not a subscription fee, a usage charge for this app, a hidden app fee, or a Shopify app charge, and it is not billed by Shopify.
