1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Now Shipping logistics platform, including the Business mobile app, Courier mobile app, website, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, installing an app, or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

3. The Platform

Now Shipping provides tools for businesses to create and manage shipments, schedule pickups, and track deliveries, and for couriers to receive and complete delivery assignments.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Availability of a feature in one app does not guarantee it in another.

4. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password confidential.

Business accounts are for merchants and companies. Courier accounts are for individuals who perform deliveries. You may not share an account or create an account for someone else without authorization.

We may require identity, business, or vehicle documents before activating or continuing an account. We may refuse, suspend, or close an account that is incomplete, inaccurate, or used in violation of these Terms.

5. Business Users

If you use a business account, you are responsible for the orders you create, including customer names, phone numbers, delivery addresses, cash-on-delivery amounts, and shipment contents.

You must have the right to share customer information with us and with couriers so that pickups and deliveries can be completed.

You must not ship prohibited, illegal, or dangerous goods. You are responsible for packaging shipments so they can be handled safely.

6. Couriers

Courier accounts are for adults aged 18 or older. You must provide accurate identity, address, and vehicle information when requested.

When you accept an assignment, you agree to collect, transport, and deliver the shipment according to the instructions in the app, and to update status promptly.

Location tracking in the Courier app is used for dispatch and operations when you enable it. You can turn tracking off in the app, but doing so may limit the assignments you can receive.

7. Orders, Pickups, and Delivery

Order status, pickup windows, and delivery times shown in the Platform are operational estimates. They are not a guarantee of a specific delivery time unless we state otherwise in writing for a particular service.

Cash-on-delivery amounts must match the amount the business entered for the order. Couriers collect and remit those amounts according to Now Shipping operating procedures.

Customers may receive tracking links and status updates. Live courier GPS location is not shared with end customers.

8. Fees, Wallet, and Payouts

Shipping fees, storage fees, wallet balances, and courier payouts are shown in the Platform and may change. You are responsible for reviewing the amounts that apply to your account before you confirm an order or payout.

We may withhold, adjust, or reverse amounts that result from errors, chargebacks, missing cash-on-delivery, or activity that violates these Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Platform. In particular, you must not:

• Use the Platform for fraud, theft, or any unlawful purpose.
• Interfere with the Platform, attempt to access another user's account, or bypass security controls.
• Upload malware, scrape the Platform, or use it in a way that degrades service for others.
• Submit false orders, false delivery updates, or misleading customer or identity information.
• Harass customers, couriers, merchants, or Now Shipping staff.

10. Privacy

11. Intellectual Property

Now Shipping and its licensors own the Platform, including the apps, website, branding, and software. These Terms do not grant you any ownership of the Platform.

You keep ownership of content you submit, such as order details and uploaded documents. You grant us a license to use that content as needed to operate the Platform, complete deliveries, and meet legal obligations.

12. Third-Party Services

The Platform may connect to third-party services, including map providers, messaging providers, app stores, and stores you connect such as Shopify. Those services are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

13. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Platform and may delete your account from the mobile app account settings where that option is available.

We may suspend or close your account if you violate these Terms, if we are required to do so by law, or if continued access creates a security, fraud, or operational risk.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including fees owed, liability limits, and governing law, remain in effect after your account ends.

14. Disclaimers and Liability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Now Shipping is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or delivery delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the laws of Egypt.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date on this page and, where appropriate, notify you through the app or by email.

Your continued use of the Platform after the updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Courts in Cairo, Egypt have jurisdiction over disputes arising out of these Terms or the Platform, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
